Coach Jay, whose full name is Jay Joseph Roncesvalles, is a choreographer, creative director, performer and occasional hype MC who has worked closely with SB19 for years. He was first known from XB Gensan. He is widely credited with shaping the group’s dance routines and stage choreography for hits like “GENTO” and “DAM”. Filipino media have profiled him as the creative force behind SB19’s choreography, and his Instagram bio lists his professional affiliations and dance crews.

Because of this, when he takes the mic or steps onto the stage, fans pay attention — he’s part of the SB19 family and a natural extension of the show.
