E-Trike Karaoke is a fun YouTube channel where guests are uninvited to ride on an electronic trike while singing karaoke akin to similar skits in television shows like Carpool Karaoke. It has been host to many other guests ranging from pop stars to foreign artists.

In their latest video, Alanna Malicdem, the host of the series, rides her e-trike until she sees SB19. She asks the boys if they would like to try out E-trike Karaoke for $20, which seems to be both the introduction for the video as well as the running gag. In chaotic fashion, Pablo immediately runs away in humorous fashion.

Singing skills rated

After that brief, funny introduction, the host asks the boys how they would rank their singing skills. SB19, being ever so humble, low-balled their own skills. Pablo claiming he only rates his at a 1, Josh initially mentioning his to be 7 but lowering it to match his bandmates at a whopping -100. Ken turns to Pablo and says his singing ability is literally 0. Stell, for some reason also looks to Pablo and says he liquidates his skills to 2, whatever that means. Justin rates his skills at 0.5 points. With the boys, it was clear they just wanted to be their chaotic, fun selves and downplayed their clearly rank 10 singing skills.

Everyone’s favorite songs

After the boys were asked where they were from, the mahalima were asked what their favorite songs were at the time. For Pablo, his current favorite song is Always” by Daniel Ceasar. For Stell, his current favorite is the amazing duet by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga titled “Die With A Smile.” Justin’s favorite is a local Filipino song named “Bughaw” by the group Maki. Josh has a classic emo anthem as his favorite titled “Welcome to the Black Parade” by My Chemical Romance. Finally, Ken’s pick is “Tore Up” by Don Tolliver. After the boys answered the question, they gave their first performance as they sang “Finesse” by Bruno Mars, while switching  members as they sung in parts.

Guilty pleasure songs of the boys

Following their mini-performance, the boys were then asked what would be their guilty pleasure song. Pablo mentioned it would be the same song as his current favorite. Stell’s would be “Supernatural” by Ariana Grande. Justin’s guilty pleasure song would then be “Out Of My League” by Stephen Speaks. Josh picks “Under the Influence” by Chris Brown would be Josh’s pick. Finally, Ken chooses “2024” by Playboi Carti for his guilty pleasure. Immediately after, Pablo throws the question back to the host as she couldn’t really pick one. She did, however, give an amazing pick as she lists Hamilton songs.

Karaoke partners of SB19

The next question was, if they could do karaoke with anyone, who would it be? Pablo would pick Michael Jackson as his partner. Josh goes for Bruno Mars. Ken answers with Post Malone, much to the amazement of the others. Stell chooses to sing with Adelle if he could. Finally, Justin, ever the silly guy that he is, chooses to duet with SB19, his own bandmates. When asked who they want to dedicate their performance to, ofcourse SB19 chooses their beloved A’TIN. The boys would then do a special E-Trike Karaoke rendition of their song, “DAM.”

Closing moments and thoughts

Finally, the question has been asked of the boys: What would they spend the $20 on? Josh mentions he wants ice cream because of the hor weather currently. The video ends, presumably with the boys treating themselves to a nice cool tub of ice cream with their newfound friend.

It certainly is a wild, chaotic moment when the boys make guest cameos in videos and the episode of E-Trike Karaoke is nothing short of entertaining. A’TIN was sure to take notes of what everyone’s favorites were as it will surely come up in an A’TIN quiz probably. Give support to our mahalima by watching their episode here:
