SB19 to Rock 2025 Asia Artist Awards in Taiwan

The 10th Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2025 will take place in Taiwan this December, and SB19 is confirmed to be on the bill. AAA’s main ceremony is set for December 6, 2025, at the 55,000-seat Kaohsiung National Stadium. A day-long festival (branded ACON 2025) follows on December 7.

Fans were initially surprised by SB19’s inclusion, given their busy concert schedule, but the organizers have now officially announced that SB19 will appear on Day 2 (December 7) of the event. This means A’TIN can mark their calendars for SB19’s December 7 performance at ACON 2025 in Kaohsiung.

SB19’s Australia Tour vs. AAA Dates

Prior to the AAA announcement, SB19’s itinerary appeared to preclude a Taiwan appearance. The group’s “Simula at Wakas” world tour includes Australian dates:

  • Melbourne: Friday, Dec 5, 2025 – Melbourne Town Hall
  • Sydney: Saturday, Dec 6, 2025 – Norwest Convention Centre
  • Perth: Sunday, Dec 14, 2025 – Red Hill Auditorium

Because SB19 was scheduled in Sydney on December 6, many fans assumed they couldn’t fly to Taiwan in time for the AAA ceremony. However, the AAA organizers wisely slotted SB19 on the following day (Dec 7), meaning SB19 can finish in Sydney and then travel to Kaohsiung for the festival.

In summary:

  • AAA 2025 Ceremony: December 6 at Kaohsiung National Stadium (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
  • ACON 2025 Festival: December 7 at the same venue (SB19 confirmed on this day).
  • SB19 Tour Dates: Melbourne on Dec 5, Sydney on Dec 6, Perth on Dec 14.

This scheduling twist explains why no one expected SB19 at AAA – until the official announcement that they would, in fact, appear on December 7.

SB19’s AAA History

SB19 is no stranger to the AAA stage. Last year’s 9th AAA (held Dec 14, 2023, in the Philippines) featured SB19 in the performance lineup. That’s right, SB19 didn’t just perform – they won two awards, the AAA Best Artist Award (First Filipino to win this award) and Hot Trend Award.

AAA 2025, therefore, marks SB19’s return to an awards show where they’ve already made history as one of the few P-pop acts on the main stage. Fans will be eager to see what special stage SB19 prepares for their second AAA appearance.

Fan Excitement and AHOF Connection

The news of SB19 at AAA has thrilled many fans (A’TIN), especially in light of recent events. Earlier this year, rookie K-pop group AHOF (아홉) covered SB19’s hit “Go Up” during their first Philippine fan concert. After that performance, many fans commented on SB19News and social media that they’d love an SB19–AHOF interaction.

Now, it turns out both groups are on the AAA/ACON roster. AHOF is listed among the festival performers, raising hopes that they and SB19 might share the stage in Taiwan. Whether or not a surprise collaboration happens, the lineup is encouraging: SB19 will perform alongside AHOF and other Asian idols at the December 7 ACON 2025 festival.

This synergy between P-pop and K-pop makes the upcoming event even more intriguing for fans of both groups.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude and Anticipation

While you wait for December, why not relive the excitement? Here’s SB19’s powerful performance at AAA 2023 — a perfect reminder of how they light up stages and represent P-pop with pride:

As the ACON festival approaches, imagine SB19’s hectic journey—from their Sydney concert on December 6, likely heading straight to the airport afterwards, then boarding a 9-hour flight to Kaohsiung to perform on December 7. It’s going to be a whirlwind, but if their past shows are any sign, they’ll bring level-headed artistry and unwavering energy to the stage.

This isn’t just a win for SB19—it’s a win for all of us. Let’s keep cheering, stay hopeful for that possible collaboration with AHOF, and show up with A’TIN pride as our boys take international stages once again.
