Shooting For The Stars: A’TIN’s Guide to Take SB19 to their Dream Stages (Coachella, Grammys, and Lollapalooza)

SB19 has quickly become a global phenomenon as they continue with their “Simula at Wakas” World Tour. Despite this, they still look towards new challenges as they long to pursue their dream of P-pop becoming recognized all over the world. In order to see that dream realized, SB19 hopes to reach their dream stages: Coachella, Grammys, and Lollapalooza. We all dream of the day SB19 stands on the world stage, where millions can witness P-pop live. Coachella, the Grammys, and Lollapalooza are huge goals, but they are not impossible when A’TIN works together with focus, creativity, and heart.

As A’TIN, we all dream of the same dream as theirs and know that that goal is a very big deal. It is a long road ahead, but it is not impossible especially when A’TIN work together. This is a practical, fan-powered game plan with simple steps that all fans can start doing if we want to help our boys become noticed more by festival bookers and the industry as a whole. Remember, however, that the end goal is to promote P-pop and make it stand out.

Create the global buzz for Coachella

For the uninitiated, Coachella, officially known as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, is a major annual music and arts event that is held each spring at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. It features a diverse lineup of musical talent across multiple stages that is also famous for its large-scale art installations, interactive sculptures, and aesthetic vistas.

Coachella curators want artists who make people talk. They look for cultural relevance and a global audience that will show up. To make SB19 a name they cannot ignore, we must build consistent, measurable buzz. In order for SB19 to gain traction and gain the attention of Coachella, A’TIN must stream smart as they push tracks each month. Using verified playlists and encouraging repeated listening will help to organically grow their audience. This is because streaming numbers matter to festival bookers, as it is proof that an artist has an audience.

The next step is to make viral content on SB19. These will be high-energy videos of the group’s choreography, stage presence, and moments that make people go wild, as that is what Coachella is looking for. The videos can be from most social media websites using reels challenges that are easy to learn and fun to repost. In doing so, we must always include English captions and tags so non-Filipino speakers can join in on the fun as well.

Once SB19 has gained enough viral moments, the next step is to amplify international demand. Each time SB19 trends, especially while they are touring, we tag festival accounts, music editors, and playlist curators. We share articles about SB19 (like the ones here in SB19news.com) and translate interviews so the global media can report on the group in English and in other languages. That way, even our foreign A’TIN brethren stay up-to-date with our Mahalima. Organize coordinated hashtag pushes during key moments, but keep messaging positive and professional. A global tagging campaign looks best when it is clear, respectful, and sustained.

The final piece of the hurdle is to prove to Coachella that the boys can definitely bring an audience. Knowing SB19 and their current track record, they can do so, but only if A’TIN unites in helping to sell out international shows and promote livestream attendance. If you cannot attend in person, buy livestream tickets, share fan cams, and coordinate watch parties with local press invites. Selling out tickets and proving tons of engagement will demonstrate to Coachella’s reliability, making bookers more confident that SB19 is a worthwhile invite.

Build respect from their peers and cultural impact for the Grammys

The Grammy Awards, presented annually by the Recording Academy, are one of the most prestigious honors in the music industry today as they recognize outstanding artistic and technical achievements. It is a lot less about fan votes and more about the cultural footprint of the group and peer recognition. This means that our focus should be on SB19’s reach beyond the fandom and on creating moments that resonate among their peers in the music industry.

The first step in doing so is to get SB19’s music into new ears. This does not mean forcing people to listen but to share their music organically and respectfully. Simply sharing it with your friends who don’t know about the band or P-pop in general is often all it takes, as it will often snowball into a large interest. Once they listen to their tracks, we can ask them to put their songs into their daily rotation of music. Encouraging more people to listen to SB19’s music and reaching out to more people is already a big step ahead, as word-of-mouth has always been effective.

Pitching to journalists and bloggers is the next crucial step. Create a simple press kit that includes the group’s short bios in English, links to their best performances, streaming and sales milestones, and examples of the group’s cultural impact. Whenever fans reach out to any media source, remember that A’TIN will do so as a reflection of SB19. This means that how we present ourselves to them is what they would see the group as, so it is best to remain respectful and professional.

Speaking of cultural impact, the third step is showing SB19’s cultural influence. This means showing their viral trends, the collaborations they have made, and features that elevate SB19 as a whole. To do so, A’TIN must unite in supporting and promoting their collaborations with artists, both local and foreign. Their lyrics and interviews must be translated properly so other nations can understand SB19’s artistry and relate to their stories.

Finally, in order for the Grammys to notice SB19, A’TIN must always remain classy and behaved. To the Grammys, a kind and supportive fandom will always reflect positively on the artists themselves. If there is any misinformation or criticism, we as fans must always do so with respect and with true facts.

Proving SB19’s live draw and festival versatility for Lollapalooza

Lollapalooza is another big venue that SB19 has yet to be invited to as of this writing. It is an annual four-day festival that is known for its diverse lineup, featuring alternative rock, punk, heavy metal, hip-hop, electronic dance music, and more. It usually showcases visual arts, nonprofit organizations, and political causes, aside from high-energy entertainment

In order to get SB19 on a high-profile lineup like this, we need to prove that the boys can adapt to festival stages and move crowds. One way to prove this is by having massive success abroad, which they currently are able to do so through their “Simula at Wakas” World Tour. Having sold-out international dates, getting great concert attendances, and strong livestream engagements can make a good case for SB19. It helps even more if they receive fan testimonials from their international shows as well.

Another quick way is to share professional and fan cams that highlight SB19’s stage presence and command, where they showcase their versatility in a live setting. A’TIN should tag festival bookers in their posts while including captions explaining how SB19 is clearly ready for a festival performance. It also becomes very beneficial if they can collaborate with overseas artists, so festivals can see SB19 as cross-cultural performers. A’TIN should be ready to show their full support as always while pushing for editorial coverage.

Finally, SB19 should start small, as there are many other festivals that they can perform at that will eventually lead them to bigger stages. Of course, the fans should be ready to support the boys no matter the festival. When they build up a great festival resume, it can be used to push that record to the larger bookers, and eventually it will lead to Lollapalooza. A strategic sequence of festival appearances is more persuasive than asking for the biggest stage first.

A’TIN actions for success in summary

As A’TIN, we want SB19 to always succeed and to reach their desired goals. To do so, we must be organized and consistent to pull it off. If we want SB19 to reach for the big stages, here is a summary of all the ways we can do to help the boys:

  • Streaming Parties and monthly songs: It builds fan excitement, fosters real-time interaction with artists, enhances music discovery, supports merchandise sales, and boosts SB19’s overall exposure and success.
  • Create short, viral clips of SB19: This is to help the group trend globally, so more eyes will be on them.
  • Coordinated tagging of festival accounts and music outlets: Pitching SB19 to professionals in the industry in a polite and respectful manner to get their name out there.
  • Translation of interviews, lyrics, and concerts: Allows international media to pick them up and understand SB19’s message.
  • Supporting their international shows: A’TIN comes out in full force to support SB19 during their international tours to get the attention of the big stages.
  • Make a simple press kit: It is used to present and pitch SB19 to journalists and local radio in order for them to potentially promote them and spread their name through the airwaves and on the internet
  • Promote and support collaborations with overseas artists: Supporting SB19’s collaborations with foreign artists will boost their cultural impact and gain more international fans.
  • Collect and share verified metrics such as sellouts, streaming spikes, and media features: These metrics are vital and can be used as proof that SB19 ticks all the marks that they are deserving of performing on the big stages.
  • Be professional and kind in outreach: Always remember that we, A’TIN, represent SB19. If we show that we are very respectful and kind, it will reflect very highly on the group.

Closing thoughts

A’TIN are SB19’s greatest strength and their ace in the hole. Together, we have helped the boys reach success thanks to the love and support of the fans. The group’s never-say-die attitude and wholesomeness will always resonate with the fans. It is why the fans want to see the boys reach their dream of performing on big stages and promoting P-pop, making it known how proud they are of being Filipinos. Helping SB19 reach Coachella, the Grammys, and Lollapalooza is not an easy feat, but with A’TIN by their side, the work done is possible with heart and with respect.

Let us remember Pablo’s vision that this journey is bigger than one group. If SB19 does not reach every dream while another P-pop does, that will still be progress for all of us. So let us push forward, keep our campaigns positive, and show the world that A’TIN can bring P-pop to the global stage. Kindness and respect will always remain at the heart of our campaign. Nothing’s gonna stop SB19 and A’TIN when they shoot for the stars, aimin’ high.
